REFUND POLICY
All sales are final; there are no exchanges! Exemptions to this policy, if any, are noted on the specific product. Our DVD, CD and other recorded media products are all final sale. If you receive a disc that is defective or damaged, please see the Defective Policy below. All shipping charges are non-refundable. A $20 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the amount you are refunded. For more information, please contact us at inquire@sullivan-ent.com.
CANCELATION POLICY
We do not permit cancelation of orders once they are shipped. Orders are generally shipped same day, so we cannot guarantee any order will be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at inquire@sullivan-ent.com with issues around cancelation. If we are able to pull the order and you choose to proceed with cancelation, a $20 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
DEFECTIVE POLICY
We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you've received a damaged item or defective disc, please send us an email at inquire@sullivan-ent.com with your name, email address, order number, the defective disc number(s) and a picture of the damaged item. Please note that there is a 30 day window for replacement of defective merchandise such as sweaters, T-shirts, Tote Bags and Mugs (that is 30 days from when the package arrives). Please contact within that time frame with photos of the damaged item so we may have the item re-printed for you.
What is Your Christmas Order Deadline Policy?
Orders placed before December 10th within Canada and to the United States are typcially estimated to arrive by Christmas, barring any delays due to the postal service, customs or weather. Orders placed after this date cannot be counted on to arrive by Christmas.
What is Your Black Friday Returns and Exchanges Policy?
All purchases made on Black Friday, and the week following Black Friday, are final. The discounts and sales offered on this day are calendar-specific and cannot be offered on any other day.
