Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may be longer during the holiday season. Once a package ships, we cannot retrieve it or change it's destination. Please verify your address before your order is submitted. All ship times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an item is shipped, we cannot account for delays due to the postal service, customs or the weather. Items are shipped from in house and from our printers. If you require an item by a specific date, please email us at inquire@sullivan-ent.com and we will provide an estimate on when it should arrive.

If you choose Canada Post shipping, please be aware that tracking switches to the postal service of the destination country once the package leaves Canada ( ex USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the UK, Aus. Post for Australia, PostNL for the Netherlands etc). For the most accurate tracking information, please check tracking through the destination country's postal service website.

If you choose UPS, please be aware that additional fees may be due upon delivery. This is not a shipping fee, but duties that UPS collects for acting as your broker at customs. The amount of the fee is deteremined by UPS based on customs assement.
