I ordered this item over 30 days ago. I've never received it. After multiple tries to communicate with Sullivan in several different capacities, including having to leave a message on their voice mail which was never returned, I received an email. The email said that Canada Post had gone on strike the day after my package was mailed and it was still sitting at the post office. IF they knew enough to know that my package is sitting at their post office, they certainly knew enough to let me know. The item is paid for. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now I'm told that I can reorder to have shipped via UPS and then whenever I get the original package I can return it, obviously at my own expense. SO ~ I need to pay for the item twice and then ship the original back on my dime. Some of the poorest customer service I've seen in a long while.

This DVD set is wonderful, it took me back to watching the series on PBS so long ago. Just as endearing today as in the past. Nostalgia is a welcome relief from the chaos around us.
